Highlander Wood Briquettes Pini Kay Hardwood – is a solid biofuel from wood raw materials (shavings, wood chips), which are produced by pressing wood waste products under high pressure when heated from 200 to 350◦С on specialized production lines. Highlander Wood Briquettes Pini Kay Hardwood are made in the form of an irregular octagon with a circle diameter up to 76 mm and a cylindrical whole in the middle with diameter of 25 mm, 200-300 mm in length. Externally, briquettes are covered with a crust of dark color due to the burning of the surface. Briquettes do not include any binders, except one – lignin, which is a natural natural substance contained in plant waste cells and, when pressed, favors the surface of briquettes, which makes it stronger. Highlander Wood Briquettes Pini Kay Hardwood are widely used and can be used as fuel for all types of solid fuel burners and boilers.

The production of Highlander Wood Briquettes Pini Kay Hardwood takes place highly in the Carpathians Mountains, in the ecologically clean area of Bukovina. The raw material used for the production is mainly hardwood, especially beech, which the region Bukovina is rich for. The timber, which is not used in the production of furniture, arrives to the factory to be turned into an alternative fuel.

Made of pure hardwood without any additives, Highlander Wood Briquettes Pini Kay Hardwood allows to reserve the highest calorific value per kg for wood alternative fuel. In the production cycle we refused to use any kind of additives. Highlander Wood Briquettes Pini Kay Hardwood consists purely of beech.
